		<description>Of coarse after rx and physicians orders and all documentation is in hand... Never dispense w/o all documentation needed for dispensing.. Only bill when you have proper documentation..!</description>

		<description>@sherry.. You bill out when pt picks up equipment.. In reality however, you bill as soon as you can after pt ticket has been signed. 

@ayushman..... You bill to who ever their insurance is..! Not a supplier.. Ex; medicare, Medicaid, 3 party such as bcbs,  advantage plans of Medicare, rail road, union plans... Ect..!</description>
